Warranty
The Petco Brooklyn 55 gallon aquarium stand is covered by Petco’s warranty.
Return the stand to any local Petco or Unleashed by Petco within 60 days of your initial shipment date to get a full refund. If you have your receipt with you, you may get credit back on your source of payment. If you do not have your receipt, Petco will give you in-store credit.
If you do not live by Petco or Unleashed by Petco you may return the stand to Amazon within 30 days of the initial purchase date. On your Amazon account, go to orders and select the Petco Brooklyn stand. Request a return shipping label. Securely package the stand and send it back to Amazon via UPS using the return shipping label from Amazon. You can choose to get credit back in the original payment form or in the form of an Amazon gift card.

The Aquatic Fundamentals 55 gallon upright stand is made out of dense fiberboard. This material ensures that the whole stand supports your fish tank instead of just corners.
The Aquatic Fundamentals 55 gallon upright stand has a moisture-resistant, black powder-coat finish on top of the fiberboard. This means that you do not need to worry about getting the stand wet because you can wipe it off and the stand will not be deteriorated.
The fasteners used in the stand are metal. The metal-to-metal locking cam fasteners are much sturdier and reliable than traditional wood screws found in lower quality stands. Warranty
The Aquatic Fundamentals 55 gallon upright stand is covered under the Marco Group, Inc warranty for defects in material and workmanship involving the stand for 90 days from the date of purchasing the product. This means that using the warranty, you can replace parts of the stand that may be damaged due to workmanship, or return the stand if it is damaged due to workmanship within 90 days of purchase.
Damage due to placing a heavier tank than a 55 gallon tank on the stand will not be covered by the warranty.
Damage self-inflicted intentionally or by accident to the stand will not be covered by the warranty.
If you wish to return the stand within 30 days of your initial purchase date, you may also do so using your Amazon warranty. Marco 29 Gallon Upright Stand and 30-45 Gallon Upright Stand
Design
The Marco upright stand is made from dense fiberboard which supports every inch of your aquarium, not only at corners. You can feel safe that your aquarium is held stable with this stand.
The Marco upright stand’s fiberboard is covered in melamine laminate which is glossy and waterproof. Water will not hurt this aquarium stand unless the stand’s melamine laminate is somehow torn off.
The Marco upright stand features metal-to-metal cam locks to hold the stand together reliably instead of wood screws. This ensures your stand is stable and not wobbly, while confiding that the stand will not collapse ever.
The back of the stand has a large opening which leads to the inside of the stand which is open. Here you can store equipment such as sumps and canister filters. This also allows you to hide your cords here which lead up to your aquarium display.
The Marco upright stand is available in black, cherry, or oak color. This means that you can choose the color which best suites your home or preference.
The Marco upright stand is simple to assemble. Simply lock the metal cam locks together to put together the fiberboard panels. Follow the instructions manual for assistance.
Warranty
The Marco 29 gallon upright stand and the Marco 30-45 gallon upright stand are covered by the No-Hassle Petsmart warrantypetc. Within 60 days you will get a full refund if you have records of purchasesuch as the receipt or order confirmation email. After 60 days you may still be able to return the item with a confirmation of purchase document, but you may recieve less credit if the item has decreased in price since the date you bought it.
To return the stand in-store, bring the stand in its original package to the store along with the shipping confirmation email or packing slip. The refund credit will be given to you in the form of your original payment method.
To return the stand by mail, pack the item securely with the packing slip inside, and attach the return shipping label on the package. The shipping charge will be paid by the customer. Your refund minus the shipping charge will be given back to you in the form of original payment credit

Altra Furniture Harbor 29-37 Gallon Stand
Design
The Altra Furniture harbor stand can hold up to a 75 gallon aquarium. The weight capacity of this stand is 900 pounds. This means that if you are nervous about a stand holding your aquarium, you can be at ease of mind with this stand if you have a 55 gallon aquarium because it was made to withstand up to 176 pounds more of water when a 75 gallon is placed atop.
The Altra Furniture harbor stand is made out of particleboard which is essentially recycled wood chips compacted tightly. This makes for strong boards that give support under your whole aquarium and not just at the ends.
A con is that there is no mention of the stand being water-resistant. This means if the stand gets wet it may get damaged and weaken if not dried immediately.
The Altra Furniture harbor stand has black finish and brushed-nickel handles to add style to any room in your house.
The highlight of the Altra Furniture harbor stand is the storage capacity. This stand has 2 large cabinet doors underneath your aquarium for hidden storage for aquarium equipment such as nets, water treatments, and substrate. The middle of the stand is open and has 2 shelves for exterior storage for often-used items such as fish food or for decorations. One shelf is adjustable so you can decide how high you want it. The con with the storage is that the cabinets do not provide enough space to place a large canister filter or sump within if you use these.
The assembly is a bit difficult because there is many small pieces and different boards to put together. However, Altra Furniture does provide this manual with pictures to make the assembly doable within an hour. I recommended you do not mind assembly if you purchase this stand.
Warranty
Altra Furniture provides a 1 year warranty policy to remedy defects in material or workmanship. This means they will replace or repair any defective parts that you may get upon unboxing the stand. Altra Furniture’s warranty does not include assembly labor.
Altra Furniture’s warranty policy does not cover damage that is intentionally or accidentally inflicted upon the stand by yourself. This means you will get no help if the damage is done by improper assembly, alteration, or misuse such as placing too heavy an aquarium on the stand.
To obtain Altra Furniture’s warranty service you must present them with your original bill of purchase and the instruction manual for the stand.
If you are unsatisfied with the stand, you may return the stand to Amazon within 30 days of the initial purchase to get a refund. To do this, click on the stand order in your Amazon account and select the option to get a return shipping label. Package the item securely including the return slip inside, and attach the shipping label to the box. Give the box to your local UPS store to ship back to Amazon. You should be refunded within one week in the form of either your original payment method or an Amazon gift card depending upon which you chose to get.
